About to start solids with your baby? Not sure where to start? Feeling overwhelmed with all of the information? This workshop is for you!

Come learn the differences between feeding approaches (baby led weaning, baby self-feeding, traditional puree approach etc), learn how to set up the environment for success, and most importantly how to create joyful mealtime dynamics to help create a happy, adventurous eater!
Workshop is best suited for anyone with babies up to 12 months of age


About the presenter

Caroline is a speech-language pathologist and holistic nutrition consultant whose passion is helping children and their families make mealtimes easier. She has completed numerous trainings focusing on feeding and related sensory and oral motor issues. Caroline combines the best approaches from traditional speech/feeding therapy with her nutrition education to help families bridge any nutritional gaps and address root causes.
