Bring your baby to yoga class! Baby and me yoga centers around the specific needs of postpartum bodies but also welcomes fathers and other caregivers.
Toys and songs with movement entertain the little ones. Learn about your infant's developmental patterns as you emulate their movement in your own body. Strengthen your core and pelvic floor, work through diastasis recti recovery exercises, explore the ergonomics of holding a baby, find relief for your sore back and shoulders, and make new friends for yourself and your babe! Appropriate for babies 6 weeks until walking. Mothers that have delivered via C-section are generally advised to wait until 8 weeks postpartum to resume exercise.
